These Terms govern access to refrivex.com and purchases made through our Shopify-powered store. Please read them before using the website or placing an order.

This website is operated by RefriVex. Throughout the site, “RefriVex,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RefriVex. By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies incorporated into them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase products from us. Any new feature or service added to the store will also be subject to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website or place an order. If you act for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current account, billing, shipping, certification, and contact information. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity conducted through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
3. Refrigerant purchase and compliance requirements
Refrigerants are regulated products intended for lawful professional use. By ordering a refrigerant from RefriVex, you represent and warrant that:
You meet all federal, state, and local purchaser requirements applicable to the product.
You will provide certification, employer evidence, resale documentation, or other records when requested.
You will store, handle, transport, recover, use, and dispose of refrigerant safely and legally.
Where required, refrigerant may be purchased only by an appropriately EPA-certified technician, an eligible employer or authorized representative of a certified technician, a qualified reseller, or another purchaser permitted by law. Certification type must be appropriate for the intended refrigerant and equipment.
RefriVex may request a copy of an EPA Section 608 or Section 609 certification, written evidence of employment of a certified technician, resale documentation, identification, purchaser statements, or other information reasonably needed to verify eligibility and maintain legally required records.
We may place an order on hold, limit quantities, refuse a sale, or cancel and refund an order if eligibility cannot be verified, information appears inaccurate, or fulfillment may violate law, carrier requirements, safety standards, or these Terms.
4. Permitted website use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the site or products for unlawful, fraudulent, unsafe, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
- Provide false purchaser, certification, identity, billing, shipping, or payment information.
- Interfere with the website, security features, checkout, networks, or other users.
- Introduce malware, scrape protected content, probe vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Copy, resell, exploit, or commercially reuse site content except with our written permission or as allowed by law.
- Use the website in a manner that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or creates risk for RefriVex, customers, service providers, or others.
5. Products, specifications, and professional judgment
We work to present product descriptions, weights, specifications, compatibility information, photographs, colors, and availability accurately. Minor variations may occur, and screen displays may not reproduce colors exactly.
Website information is general product information and is not engineering, installation, safety, environmental, or legal advice. You are responsible for confirming product identity, purity requirements, compatibility, application, charge specifications, equipment approvals, and applicable rules before purchase or use. Always follow product labeling, safety data, equipment-manufacturer instructions, and applicable law.
Do not use a refrigerant in incompatible or unapproved equipment. RefriVex is not responsible for loss caused by improper selection, mixing, installation, handling, storage, transportation, recovery, charging, or disposal.
6. Orders, acceptance, availability, and pricing
An order confirmation means we received your order; it does not mean the order has been finally accepted or approved for shipment. Acceptance may remain subject to payment review, inventory, purchaser verification, regulatory compliance, fraud screening, and carrier availability.
We may reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order, including orders involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, duplicate purchases, resale concerns, verification failure, shipping restrictions, or legal and safety risks. If we cancel an order after payment is captured, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and descriptions may change without notice before an order is accepted. We may correct typographical, pricing, product, or availability errors and cancel affected orders. Applicable taxes and charges are displayed or calculated during checkout where available.
7. Payment and fraud prevention
You authorize RefriVex, Shopify, and the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the order total and any clearly disclosed charges. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.
Payments may be declined, delayed, reviewed, or canceled by payment providers or fraud-prevention systems. We may request additional information to verify identity, payment authorization, billing details, shipping details, or purchaser eligibility before fulfillment.
8. Shipping and delivery
RefriVex currently ships within the United States only. Our usual delivery estimate is 3–5 business days, but processing, verification, carrier operations, hazardous-material requirements, weather, address issues, holidays, and other events may affect timing. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and serviceable delivery address and for ensuring that an authorized recipient can accept the shipment where required. Certain locations or addresses may be unavailable because of product, carrier, or legal restrictions.
Review the package promptly upon delivery. Report visible damage, leakage, missing items, or an incorrect product promptly and do not use a product that appears damaged or unsafe. Additional details are provided in our Shipping Policy.
9. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Refrigerant cylinders must remain unused, unopened, factory sealed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Because refrigerant cylinders may be subject to special transportation requirements, do not ship a product back without written return authorization and instructions from RefriVex. Opened, connected, used, discharged, altered, or unauthorized returns are not eligible except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Cancellation is not guaranteed after an order enters processing or shipping. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.
10. Intellectual property
The RefriVex name, logo, website design, graphics, photographs, text, and other original site content are owned by or licensed to RefriVex and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes.
Third-party names, marks, product identifiers, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership or create an endorsement unless expressly stated.
11. Third-party services and links
Our store relies on Shopify and may link to or integrate payment providers, carriers, tracking websites, analytics tools, and other third-party services. Those parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. RefriVex does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, security, or conduct, except to the extent required by law.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and online services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access, or that every website statement will always be current or free from typographical error.
Any product warranties expressly provided with a product remain subject to their stated terms. RefriVex does not create additional warranties through website descriptions, customer-service communications, or these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RefriVex and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business, lost data, equipment downtime, or substitute-service costs, arising from the website, an order, or a product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RefriVex’s total liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid to RefriVex for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, including any non-waivable consumer rights.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RefriVex and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website or products, your breach of these Terms, inaccurate certification or purchaser information, or your violation of another person’s rights.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute involving RefriVex are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory law that provides otherwise, the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue in those courts.
16. General terms
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No waiver
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a lawful business transfer or reorganization.
Events beyond reasonable control
RefriVex is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, natural disaster, labor disruption, governmental action, shortage, system outage, or transportation restriction.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and other policies presented at checkout, form the agreement between you and RefriVex concerning the website and purchases.
